A little about the competition:

The big name computer companies ( you know who they are) lure you in with low prices, mail in rebates, etc. To be able to sell systems at those low prices they compromise quality. They contract out for components and purchase from the lowest bidder supplying substandard and proprietary parts. Proprietary parts are not readily available making it difficult and or costly to upgrade or repair the system when needed. Then there's the "bundled software" this software bogs down the computer with a bunch of useless junk, fancy logos, splash screens, tutorials, special offers, etc. It's a waste of hard drive space, creates long boot up times and system hangs. Remember, I service and repair all makes of computers, so I know how they build theirs...
